Eros
A Book of Myths & Legends
Eros is a coming-of-age myth steeped in danger, deception, and defiance. Young and seemingly powerless, the god of desire has yet to awaken anything divine within himself—an unforgivable weakness among immortals. When two souls are stolen into the Underworld, Eros strikes a reckless bargain with the Primordial brothers Kharon, Thanatos, Hypnos, and Eris, risking Hades’ wrath to bring them back. To succeed, he must rely not on power, but on wit, courage, and a heart far stronger than he realizes.
The price of their help is steep. The Fates decree that if Eros fails to complete the brothers’ labours, he will never attain his powers. As the journey unfolds, secrets of his lineage surface and the truth of what he is—and what he could become—emerges. But power changes more than fate, and Eros must decide whether discovering who he truly is will save him… or cost him everything.
